DTG (Direct To Garment)| is a digital printing process where the ink is directly printed onto the fabric. It’s the process with the most breathability, designed for natural fibers (100% cotton).
Digital transfer printing| is a process where the ink is printed onto a high-resolution polyester transfer, which is then transferred to the garment using pressure and heat. It works on both natural and synthetic fibers, offers a superior colour range and higher level of detail than DTG printing, but its final finish is thicker and less breathable.
Screen printing screens are kept for 14 days, so if you place reorders within this period, you won’t need to pay for them again.
The screen printing film positive are stored for use in reprints. After 14 days, only the screen usage will be charged.
Embroidery is a more complex customization process. Not all graphics can be embroidered, so it’s necessary to first review the image and size to assess its feasibility.
Ideally, a vector file or a bitmap file at actual size and 300 dpi, with a maximum of 12 colours, is preferred.
‘Picaje’ is the file generated to convert an image into thread stitches for later embroidery on the requested garment.
The digitizing (picaje) is only charged the first time for each design. If reprints are made on the same type of garment without any modifications, there is no need to pay for it again. Keep in mind that digitizing files, due to the technical characteristics of the process, depend on the item where the design will be produced. Therefore, if your reprint is on a different type of garment, it is likely that a new digitizing file will need to be created.
We can help you choose the right garment. Just let us know what style you’re looking for, and we’ll recommend the model that best suits your needs (e.g., oversized, heavyweight shirt, lightweight sweatshirt, etc.). We also have a showroom where you can see the garments in person by booking an appointment.
To care for your garment and preserve the quality of the print for longer, follow the washing instructions on the care label.
Some garments may require a pre-treatment process for digital printing, so they may feel a bit stiffer or have some darker marks around the design. A quick wash will take care of that! 😉
- Wash at a maximum of 30ºC
- No bleach!
- Do not dry clean
- Iron on a low temperature and inside out
- Do not tumble dry
No. We only work with our selection of sustainable garments, made from organic or recycled materials. We do not print on external garments unless they meet the same criteria, undergo tests to verify the viability of the processes, and always after assessment and approval by our technical team.
Once you’ve chosen the model, you can request our size guide to find the perfect fit.

Yes. If you are in an EU country, the customs process is simpler. If you are outside the EU, additional fees and documentation must be considered.
We keep all your data (address, email, phone number, etc.) confidential and never share it with third parties. We store your files for a minimum of 6 months in case you need reprints. You can request that we keep them or permanently delete them from our system.
You must inform us of any defects, whether in the textile or the print, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send us an email with images and a description so that we can manage your claim in the best possible way.
