These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “General Terms”) govern the use of the website www.muchachostudio.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) and the terms of purchase of products on the Website.
The Website is a platform for marketing products and printing and design services provided by Muchacho Studio SL. CIF B56624653, located at Carrer Llevant 7, CP 17180 in Vilablareix (Girona), with phone number 972283699 and email address hola@muchachostudio.com.
For textile printing services for professionals, the average deadline is 15 days once the design is confirmed, subject to material availability and other circumstances.
For urgent services, an additional fee of up to 25% will be added, with a minimum of 30€, depending on the order’s characteristics and the required deadline.
Customers can receive home delivery. Shipments will be made via transport agencies. The shipping time is not included in the printing deadline; therefore, it should be added to obtain the total delivery time.
To confirm an order, full payment (100% of the amount) is required. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or by card in the store.
In case of cancellation, a penalty fee of 20% of the order will apply, plus additional charges if production has started. Cancellations will not be accepted for printed garments.
Returns will not be accepted for printed garments unless Muchacho Studio is responsible for an error during the printing process that passed through quality control.
All prices on the www.muchachostudio.com website include Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices in the quotes sent are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Muchacho Studio reserves the right to modify the prices if the order is not confirmed within this period.
Any design or illustration received will remain the property of the customer. Muchacho Studio is not responsible for printing files without the authorization of the legitimate owner. The responsibility falls on the customer, although Muchacho Studio will attempt to confirm authorization within the available means. Services will not be provided for sensitive or offensive images and designs, and Muchacho Studio reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the amount paid if the design to be processed does not meet these characteristics.
Designs for digital printing must be in CMYK / RGB format, with a minimum of 300 dpi for small format and between 150 and 75 dpi for large format.
Designs for screen printing must be in the correct format, at 1:1 scale, indicating positions and distances, in vector or bitmap format at 300 dpi.
If there are more than one color, they must be separated, and halftone effects, if necessary, should be provided with a maximum of 55lpi.
If the requirements are not met, Muchacho Studio reserves the right to charge an additional fee for design modification and adaptation, which will be evaluated individually.
Pantone colors in digital printing will be approximated using the respective printing profile for each process, and accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
For Pantone colors in textile screen printing, there is a limited list of Pantone colors. For their production, with a minimum of 1kg, an additional fixed fee will be requested, depending on the chosen Pantone color.
