You can request your quote through our form or by emailing hola@muchachostudio.com. During the process you'll be able to attach your final artwork, designs or equivalents so we can check everything is correct and we have everything we need. We'll send you the final quote so you can pay by bank transfer.

Your message needs to include the following information:

Garment model: you can check our catalogue here. If you're not sure which model yet, you can ask us for recommendations based on what you're looking for.

Garment colour.

Quantity and sizes: sizes aren't required to request a quote, but we will need them as soon as you have them so we can check stock availability in the warehouse and validate the order.

Design size and placement: approximate dimensions and positions on the garment (chest, back, sleeve, hem, etc.).

Final artwork or design description: we'll need your designs before validating the order to check they can be printed correctly, but if you don't have them yet when requesting the quote, you can send us a brief description (e.g. single-colour logo).

Send your file in the best quality format you have. We'll take care of preparing it and working out sizes and placement for the look you want your garment to have. If your order is a repeat, we'll already have the files ready and the turnaround time will be shorter.

Recommended formats: vector, PSD, TIFF, PNG, AI, PDF.

Size: the file must be editable or at 1:1 scale. Please specify the print size in your message. If you're not sure about the exact dimensions and placement, you can give us an approximate idea so we can help you with the layout of the designs on the garment.

Resolution: at least 300 dpi for bitmap files (PNG, PSD, TIFF).

Fonts: must be outlined or rasterized.

Recommended minimum line stroke width: 0.35 mm for digital printing, 0.7 mm for screen printing, 0.7 mm for embroidery and 2 mm for puff transfers.

The maximum size for chest or back on a t-shirt is 35×40 cm.

There's no minimum for an order.

You can mix different models within your order. Different sizes of the same model and colour can be mixed without affecting the final price, as long as they're all decorated the same way.

Orders are paid by bank transfer. To validate an order as soon as you make it, we recommend sending us the bank transfer receipt.

Our usual delivery times are 15–20 business days from when we receive proof of payment, provided there's enough stock available for production. If stock isn't available, we'll let you know the new expected delivery dates.

During peak seasons (summer and Christmas) these delivery times may be longer. An approximate date will be given before validating the order.

For orders that need delivery in under 15 business days, a surcharge may apply depending on the order's characteristics, of around 20% of the total with a minimum of €30.

Once you send us your design and tell us the garment model and colour you want, along with the quantity, we'll recommend the option that best suits your order to guarantee the best quality at the best price for how the garment will be used.

DTG (Direct To Garment) is a digital printing process where the ink is printed directly onto the fabric. It's the most breathable process, designed for natural fibres (100% cotton).

Digital transfer printing is a process where the ink is printed onto a high-resolution polyester transfer, which is then applied to the garment using heat and pressure. It works on natural or synthetic fibres, has a wider colour range and a higher level of detail than DTG printing, but its final finish is thicker and doesn't breathe.

Screen printing screens are kept for 14 days, so if you reorder within that time, you won't need to pay for them again. Films are stored for use on repeat orders. After 14 days, only the screen charge will apply.

Ideally a vector file or a bitmap file at actual size and 300 dpi, with a maximum of 12 colours. Embroidery is a more complex customization process. Not all graphics can be embroidered, so we need to see the image and size first to assess feasibility.

Digitizing is the file generated to convert an image into thread stitches for embroidering onto the requested garment.

No. Digitizing is only charged the first time for each design — if you reorder the same type of garment with no changes, you won't need to pay for it again. Keep in mind that digitizing files, due to the technical nature of the process, depend on the garment they'll be produced on. So if your repeat order is on a different type of garment, a new digitizing file will most likely be needed.

We can help you choose the garment — just tell us what style you're looking for and we'll recommend the model that best fits (e.g. oversized, heavyweight shirt, lightweight sweatshirt, etc.). We have a showroom where you can see them in person by booking an appointment.

To keep the garment and print quality in good condition for longer, follow the washing instructions on the inner label.

Some garments need to go through a pre-treatment process for DTG digital printing, so they may feel a bit stiffer or have a slightly darker mark around your design at first. It comes out after a wash 😉

No. We only work with our own selection of sustainable garments, made from organic or recycled materials. We don't print on external garments unless they meet the same criteria, tests are done to check the process is feasible, and it's always approved by our technical team.

Every product page in the shop has a link to the size chart showing sizes and measurements. Our sizing is European: the size you'd normally go for is usually the one that will fit best, but you can double-check with that chart.

Shipping costs depend on the production volume and characteristics of each order, which you'll see reflected in your quote.

Mainly to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, but we can also ship internationally. If you're within an EU country, customs are simpler. If you're outside the EU, additional fees and paperwork may apply.

We keep all your data (address, email, phone number, etc.) confidential and never share it with third parties. We store your files for a minimum of 6 months in case you need reorders. You can ask us to keep storing them or to delete them from our system permanently.

Please let us know about any defect, whether in the fabric or the print, within 14 days of receiving your order. Send us an email with images and a description so we can handle your complaint in the best way possible.

Keep in mind that some tolerance in the dimensions and placement of customization is normal, since each garment is unique and can shift slightly as it goes through different mechanical and heat processes.

All garments are customized at the customer's request, so any potential refund will depend on the specific characteristics of each order.
